You can track your online order after you have received your Shipping Confirmation email or within the Shop app. If you haven't received your Shipping Confirmation email, don't stress! We are working hard behind the scenes to get your order posted to you as quickly and safely as possible.

You can return items from your order within 21 days for change of mind (excludes earrings). We offer a convenient Returns Portal where you can submit your return. Please ensure your returned items meet our Returns Policy. If you are having trouble lodging your return request, please contact our customer support team.

Our fulfillment team works fast! If you need to cancel your order, please give us a call ASAP to arrange a cancellation. We can't guarantee we will be able to cancel your order however, you may be eligible for an exchange or return.
