Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions (“the Rules”) govern the “Ultimate Hit” competition
(“the Contest”) administered by The Swatch Group (Australia) Pty. Ltd. (ABN 20
004 287 110) of Level 3, 40 River Boulevard, Richmond VIC 3181, Australia (“us”,
“our”, “we”). - By participating in this Contest, you agree to these Rules and confirm to have read
and understood both our and Rado Watch Co. Ltd.’s Privacy Notice. Our Privacy
Notice is available at: Privacy notice - The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social
media or third-party platform. All information disclosed is provided to us and not to any social media or third-party platform. You hereby release all social media or
third-party platforms, to the greatest extent legally permissible, from any liability in
connection with the Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the contest should be directed to us and not to any social media or third-party
platforms. - The Contest will commence on 25 October 2025 at 12:00 am AEDT and conclude
on 28 February 2026 at 11:59 pm AEDT (“Contest Period”). - Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, aged 18 or over at the start of the Contest, who purchase a Rado watch from an Authorised Retailer in Australia
(“Eligible Rado Watch”) during the Contest Period, with the exception of
management and employees (and their families) of us, our related bodies corporate and affiliates (including Rado Watch Co. Ltd.) and Authorised Retailers (“Eligible Entrants”). - Eligible Entrants may enter one time for each Eligible Rado Watch purchased.

To enter the Contest, an Eligible Entrant must:
7.1. register their Eligible Rado Watch on the Rado website;
7.2. during the registration process, upload a creative photo of the Eligible Rado
Watch; and
7.3. select whether to participate for the “Ash Prize” or the “Cam Prize” (Eligible
Entrants may only select one prize to participate for and selections are final).
Every Eligible Rado Watch can only be registered once and under one account. - By participating you warrant that the photo of your Eligible Rado Watch is not
defamatory, illicit or otherwise inappropriate. You further warrant that you are
allowed to post the picture and that it does not infringe any copyrights, trademark
rights, or other rights or laws. - We disclaim all liability in relation to the photo of your Eligible Rado Watch to the
greatest extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless
against any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses, and costs arising in this
connection. - Even if you follow these Rules and instructions correctly, the possibility of events or
conditions beyond our control means that we cannot guarantee your successful
participation. - The provision of any invalid, incorrect, or misleading personal information may, in
our sole discretion, lead to disqualification from the Contest and/or receipt of a
prize. - Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted.
- There will be two winners of the Contest. The prizes that may be won are:
13.1. Ash Prize (valued up to $7,000):
(a) A one-hour tennis experience with Ash Barty, at a location and on a
date to be advised by us, in Brisbane.
(b) In addition, for winners outside of Brisbane only: Two return economy
flights to Brisbane from the winner’s closest capital city airport; and
one night’s accommodation at a hotel in Brisbane.
13.2. Cam Prize (valued up to $7,000):
(a) A one-hour cricket experience with Cameron Green, at a location and
on a date to be advised by us, in Perth.
(b) In addition, for winners outside of Perth only: Two return economy
flights to Perth from the winner’s closest capital city airport; and one
night’s accommodation at a hotel in Brisbane. - Within 14 days after the conclusion of the Contest Period, we will select the winners
of the Competition (one winner and a guest of the “Ash Prize” and one winner and a
guest of the “Cam Prize”, from the respective participants). This is a game of skill.
We will select the winners based on their photo’s quality, artistic style and its
connection to the Rado products and brand. - The winners will be notified via email within ten calendar days after selection.
- If a winner cannot be reached or does not reply within one week of the prize
notification, the prize will be forfeited and another relevant entrant will be selected
to be awarded the prize. - By entering the Contest, you agree that we may publish your information (including
first name, last name, city of residence, profile names) and photo submission on the
Rado websites and social media channels (including Facebook, X, Instagram,
LinkedIn, Pintrest, Tik Tok). - In respect of the prizes:
18.1. The date, time and location of the activity is to be determined by us and will
be subject to the availability of Ash Barty and Cameron Green. If Ash Barty
or Cameron Green are not available, we may, in our sole discretion,
substitute the prize.
18.2. As the prize includes participation in sporting activities:
(a) you must disclose to us any pre-existing medical conditions that could
affect your participation and must not have any pre-existing medical
condition that could make it dangerous for you to participate;
(b) we make no representations as to the safety or quality of the prize.
You acknowledge that by participating you are voluntarily assuming
risk associated with participation and you release us to the greatest
extent legally permissible for any injury or damage suffered in
connection with participation. You must withdraw from participation if
you reasonably expect you could suffer injury or damage;
(c) you must undergo any safety training that we require and follow all
directions that we provide, including regarding safety gear or use of
equipment;
(d) given the nature of the activity, you agree we may cancel the activity
at any time, including if we believe it could cause danger or injury.
18.3. If the prize includes flights, the flights will be in economy class and booked
by us, departing from the capital city airport of your hometown. You must be
available to travel on the dates specified by us and will be responsible for
complying with the carrier’s conditions of carriage and any other travel
requirements. We are not responsible for any cancellations or delays, or any
costs or loss incurred as a result, and will not be liable if you are unable to
travel.
18.4. If the prize includes accommodation, the accommodation will be selected
and booked by us. You may be required to provide the accommodation
provider a card guarantee and will be responsible for complying with the
accommodation provider’s terms of service. You will be solely responsible
for any incidental charges or damage to the accommodation during your
stay.
18.5. If you are required to travel interstate for the prize, we will pay for your
ground transport costs incurred in the State of the activity to enable you to
attend the activity. In all other circumstances you will be responsible for
ground transport costs (including but not limited to costs of travel in your
hometown).
18.6. You are solely responsible for any additional expenses associated with your
travel or attendance at the activity, including but not limited to meals and
beverages, spending money and insurance. - We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we reasonably believe that a
winner has breached the Rules. - To claim your prize, you may be required to provide your personal details (first and
last name, home address, etc.) and to prove your identity by submitting relevant
documents (e.g. ID, driving license). In the event of a dispute as to a person’s
identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email
address associated with it. - The right to claim the prize may not be transferred to anyone else. No cash
alternatives or alternative prizes are available. We reserve the right, in our sole
discretion, to substitute the prize with an item of equal value. - Any taxes that may be levied on the winner shall be exclusively borne by the
winner. - Any decisions by us regarding the Contest are final and no correspondence will be
entered into. - We and our related bodies corporate and affiliates disclaim all liability, to the
greatest extent legally permissible, for any damage suffered by anyone as a result
of or in connection with the Contest. - To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to amend the Rules and to
modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in case it becomes infected by a
computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. - The Contest is void where legally not permitted.
- We reserve the right to cancel or delay the prize due to Force Majeure and are held
safe from all and any liability for nonperformance as result. Force Majeure is any
external event that goes beyond the will and control of either party and without any
fault of either party, including without limitation: natural disasters, outbreaks of war,
riots, revolts, insurrections, strikes, sickness or family emergency of attendees,
unavailability of locations or premises, mechanical failure as well as epidemics and
pandemics. - The Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of
Victoria, Australia. In the event of any disputes, you submit to the exclusive

Wallace Bishop Catalogue Competition – Terms and Condition

Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria only. Employees, directors and in-store staff of the Wallace Bishop Group and their immediate family members are ineligible. Entry is free and does not require a purchase. The Promoter may require entrants to provide acceptable proof of identity and residential address as a condition of verifying an entry or awarding the prize. Proof may include government-issued ID or other documentation showing the entrant resides in QLD, NSW or VIC.
Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on Tuesday 28 October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 10 December 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must:
a) receive a Wallace Bishop catalogue distributed in QLD, NSW or VIC;
b) scan the QR code featured in the catalogue; and
c) complete and submit the online entry form in full.
Entry is limited to one (1) per person. Automated or bulk entries, incomplete entries, or entries made through disposable or alias accounts are invalid.
Prize
There is one (1) Major Prize consisting of:
One (1) pair of lab-grown diamond stud earrings valued by Wallace Bishop at AUD $3,999 (including GST). The winner may choose between a white gold or yellow gold setting (both equal value). The prize value has been determined by Wallace Bishop Pty Ltd.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Game of Chance and Draw
This is a game of chance. A random electronic draw will be conducted from all eligible entries at 10:00am AEST on Friday 12 December 2025. The draw will use a random selection generator to ensure fairness and integrity.
Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified by telephone on Friday 12 December 2025. If the winner cannot be reached, a voicemail message will be left.
The winner’s name will also be published on the Wallace Bishop website on the same date and remain visible for at least 28 days.
Unclaimed Prize
The prize must be claimed within two (2) months of the draw date. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited. No redraw will be conducted.
Privacy, Marketing Consent and Data Use
Entrant details will be collected and used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion. Entrants will also be given the option to provide express consent to receive marketing communications from Wallace Bishop. Consent to marketing is voluntary and is not a condition of entry. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Wallace Bishop Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Verification and Invalid Entries
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify entries that are incomplete, fabricated, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Entrants must provide proof of residency in QLD, NSW or VIC upon request. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
General
If the promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel subject to regulatory approval (if required).
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, subject to any directions from a regulator.
Liability
Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of entry or prize acceptance, including any technological failure, disruption or event outside its control.
Record-Keeping
Records of entries and prize distribution will be kept for at least three (3) years.
Permits
Not required for this promotion as entry is restricted to QLD, NSW and VIC and the total prize value is under the relevant thresholds.
