Where is my order?

You can track your online order after you have received your Shipping Confirmation email or within the Shop app. If you haven't received your Shipping Confirmation email, don't stress! We are working hard behind the scenes to get your order posted to you as quickly and safely as possible.

How can I cancel my order?

Our fulfillment team works fast! If you need to cancel your order, please give us a call ASAP to arrange a cancellation. We can't guarantee we will be able to cancel your order however, you may be eligible for an exchange or return.

Can I use my Gift Card online?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept physical gift cards online.
