Description
The Luminox Bear Grylls Survival Land XB.3716 is a lightweight outdoor watch made for long expeditions and everyday adventures. It's inspired by survival expert Bear Grylls and carries his signature design details: an orange crown, his logo at 10 o'clock and his "Never Give Up" motto engraved on the case back. The sand-coloured dial has a sand-blasted texture that reduces glare and helps with readability in bright outdoor light, and a date window adds everyday practicality.
The 43mm case is made from ALUMI-NOX, an aerospace-grade aluminium used by Luminox that is ultra-light, strong and resistant to corrosion, so the watch is comfortable to wear on long days in the field. It's also anti-magnetic, which helps protect the accuracy of the movement. The dial is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and with 100m water resistance, the watch is suitable for swimming and water sports. Like every Luminox watch, the Survival Land features Luminox Light Technology. Fourteen self-powered tritium tubes on the hands and dial glow constantly for up to 25 years, so you can read the time day or night without pressing a button or charging the glow in sunlight. A Swiss quartz movement keeps accurate time with minimal upkeep, and the watch is finished on a black rubber strap.
