Description
The Oris Aquis Date Calibre 400 is a tough everyday dive watch in a size that suits more wrists. At 41.5mm, it is a little smaller than the classic 43.5mm Aquis, and it sits neatly under a sleeve.
The deep green dial pairs with a green ceramic bezel ring, which resists scratches and keeps its colour. Luminous hands and markers glow in the dark, and a date window at 6 o’clock keeps things practical.
Water resistant to 300 metres, it is built for real swimming and diving. The screw-down crown has protection, and the rotating bezel has a minutes scale for timing dives. The three-link steel bracelet has a security folding clasp with an extension, so you can adjust the fit.
Inside, the Oris Calibre 400 holds a 120-hour power reserve. You can take the watch off on a Friday and it will still be running on Wednesday. It also resists magnetism well, and the see-through caseback shows the movement at work.
Swiss Made and backed by Oris’s extended warranty, it is a reliable, good-looking diver for work, weekends and the water.
