Description
The Timex Expedition Field TW2Y18000 is a compact, straightforward field watch designed for everyday outdoor use.
A 39mm brushed case in a durable metal alloy houses a reliable quartz movement, protected by a flat mineral crystal. The black dial features luminous hands and markers for visibility in low light, along with a date window beside the 3 o'clock position. This model doesn't include Timex's Indiglo backlight, relying instead on luminous coating for night-time legibility.
Finished with a two-piece green silicone strap, the watch is soft and flexible on the wrist, with quick-release spring bars that make it easy to swap straps without tools.
It's water resistant to 50 metres, suitable for swimming and everyday water exposure, though it isn't rated shock resistant, so it's best suited to general outdoor wear rather than high-impact activities.
