The Seiko HFL002P is a digital watch built for everyday practicality, combining a stopwatch, countdown timer, alarms and a second time zone display in one compact case.
The 37mm stainless steel case is fitted with a rotating bezel and easy-to-use buttons instead of a traditional crown. It's water resistant to 100 metres, so it can handle swimming and daily knocks without issue.
The digital display features a backlight for checking the time in the dark, along with a calendar that keeps track of the date and day automatically — no manual adjustments needed for years to come. Two alarms can be set individually, useful for anyone managing multiple daily reminders, and the built-in second time zone makes it handy for travel or staying in touch with family overseas.
The stopwatch and countdown timer can both be paused and resumed without losing your progress, so you're never forced to start over if you're interrupted mid-session — whether that's during a workout or a cooking timer.
Powered by a battery that typically lasts around three years, this is a low-maintenance option for anyone who wants a reliable, feature-packed everyday watch.
