Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria only.
Employees, directors and in-store staff of the Wallace Bishop Group and their
immediate family members are ineligible. Entry is free and does not require a
purchase. The Promoter may require entrants to provide acceptable proof of
identity and residential address as a condition of verifying an entry or
awarding the prize. Proof may include government-issued ID or other
documentation showing the entrant resides in QLD, NSW or VIC.

Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on Tuesday 28 October 2025 and closes at
11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 10 December 2025. Entries received outside this
period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must:

a) receive a Wallace Bishop catalogue distributed in QLD, NSW or VIC;

b) scan the QR code featured in the catalogue; and

c) complete and submit the online entry form in full.

Entry is limited to one (1) per person. Automated or bulk entries,
incomplete entries, or entries made through disposable or alias accounts are
invalid.

Prize

There is one (1) Major Prize consisting of:

• One (1) pair of lab-grown diamond stud earrings valued by Wallace Bishop at
  AUD $3,999 (including GST).
• The winner may choose between a white gold or yellow gold setting (both equal
  value).
• The prize value has been determined by Wallace Bishop Pty Ltd.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Game of Chance and Draw

This is a game of chance. A random electronic draw will be conducted from all
eligible entries at 10:00am AEST on Friday 12 December 2025. The draw will use
a random selection generator to ensure fairness and integrity.

Winner Notification and Publication

The winner will be notified by telephone on Friday 12 December 2025. If the
winner cannot be reached, a voicemail message will be left.

The winner’s name will also be published on the Wallace Bishop website on the
same date and remain visible for at least 28 days.

Unclaimed Prize

The prize must be claimed within two (2) months of the draw date. If unclaimed,
the prize will be forfeited. No redraw will be conducted.

Privacy, Marketing Consent and Data Use

Entrant details will be collected and used solely for the purpose of
administering this promotion. Entrants will also be given the option to provide
express consent to receive marketing communications from Wallace Bishop.
Consent to marketing is voluntary and is not a condition of entry. Personal
information will be handled in accordance with the Wallace Bishop Privacy
Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Verification and Invalid Entries

The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify entries that are
incomplete, fabricated, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions. Entrants must provide proof of residency in QLD, NSW or VIC upon
request. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

General

If the promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s
reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel
subject to regulatory approval (if required).

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, subject to any directions from a
regulator.

Liability

Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights
under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that and to the extent permitted
by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or
sustained as a result of entry or prize acceptance, including any technological
failure, disruption or event outside its control.

Record-Keeping

Records of entries and prize distribution will be kept for at least three (3)
years.

Permits

Not required for this promotion as entry is restricted to QLD, NSW and VIC and
the total prize value is under the relevant thresholds.
