The Casio G-SHOCK GA100-1A1 is a bold and durable watch designed for sport, work, and everyday wear. Known for its oversized all-black design, this model combines rugged styling with practical analogue-digital functionality.
The watch features a large 51.2 mm resin case and matching black resin band, creating the strong and aggressive appearance that has made the GA100 series one of the most popular G-SHOCK collections worldwide. Built with G-SHOCK’s trusted shock-resistant structure, the GA100-1A1 is made to handle impacts, vibration, and demanding daily use. The watch also includes JIS Class-1 Magnetic Resistance, helping maintain accurate timekeeping when exposed to magnetic fields from electronic devices and equipment.
With 200-metre water resistance, the watch is suitable for swimming, outdoor activities, and everyday water exposure. The analogue-digital display combines large aluminium hands with multiple digital screens for a sporty and highly functional layout. Features include World Time across 48 cities, a 1/1000-second stopwatch with speed indicator, countdown timer, five daily alarms, automatic calendar, and LED light for easier viewing in dark conditions. The layered dial design and oversized buttons improve readability and usability during active use.
Casio designed the GA100-1A1 with a three-dimensional dial structure that gives the watch a technical and powerful appearance. The lightweight resin construction helps improve comfort despite the larger case size, making it practical for long periods of wear. The battery offers approximately two years of operation under normal use.
