Description

The Seiko Astron HAB008J pairs a black-finished titanium case and bracelet with striking blue accents, framing each of the watch's three sub-dials for a bold, technical look. The dark charcoal dial features a fine vertical ribbed texture, adding depth beneath the sapphire crystal. Powering the watch is Seiko's Calibre 5X83, a GPS Solar Dual-Time Chronograph movement that draws power from any light source and connects to GPS satellites to automatically adjust to your local time zone. It offers a chronograph measuring up to 12 hours in 1/20-second increments, alongside dual-time and overcharge prevention functions. The 43.2mm titanium case features a super-hard black coating for scratch resistance, combined with a blue-accented chapter ring, and a ceramic-finished crown. Dual-curved sapphire crystal with a super-clear coating protects the dial, and LumiBrite treatment on the hands and index ensures legibility in low light. The watch is fitted with a matching black titanium bracelet and an easy-adjust three-fold clasp with push-button release. It's water resistant to 100 metres, and the case back is a screw-down construction.
