Wallace Bishop (online) offers 21-day (after being received) returns for change of mind. Please ensure your item/s meet our returns policy. Merchandise must be in new and saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and original packaging. Item/s may be exchanged for another item of the equivalent value.
You can return your item/s to the below address but please note, return costs will not be reimbursed for change of mind returns.

Our exclusive Jewellery Care Plans are available in both 5 and 10 year packages, so you can choose the plan that suits best.
The plan covers the following services at no charge*:
- Ring resizing*
- Re-tipping of claws
- Gemstone tightening
- Refinishing and polishing
- Cleaning and inspecting
- Earring repair*
- Chain and bracelet soldering
- Rhodium plating white gold (refer to “what is covered” in terms and conditions)
- Resetting diamonds and gemstones*
- Clasp replacement
- Complimentary inspection of your jewellery piece once every twelve months
- Exclusive access to the ‘Grow Your Diamond’ program
